How can I place an order?

To place order on adedress, you just need to follow these steps of easy and simple instructions by Clicking Here.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept Cash on delivery (check the answer to the question above for more details about this).

We also accept direct bank payment, transfer through interenet, mobile and ATM

How long will delivery take?

For Lagos Delivery, it take 1-2 working days days before delivery provided we get your order before noon

For delivery outside Lagos, it takes generally from 2-5 working days, depending on your location.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Our delivery charge are totally free but for locations outside Lagos, Abuja and Porthacourt, there’s a N1,000 commitment fee.

This fee will be removed from your total amount of the item you order.
E.g. If the total amount of items you order for is N45,000.

You’ll only pay N44,000 at the point of delivery provided you’ve paid the N1,000 commitment fee.

This kind of fee only apply to Cash on Delivery Option

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data is well protected and it will not be shared with any third parties.

Our website is also very secure with HTTPS  and green padlock sign, this is the sign you need to look our for in any website you visit for security purposes.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped but before then, you’ll be contacted about the shipment.

If you choose Payment on Delivery option, your commitment fee of N1,000 will have to be confirmed before we ship your order. 

We use different courier services, it all depends on your location and you’ll be contacted by the courier service that will deliver your items prior to the delivery.

You can also track your order, to know exactly where it is at a particular time before it gets to your doorstep.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you’ll get an invoice sent to your email address once your order is complete.

You will also receive either text message or a call from us, to inform you about shipping of your order

Where is your Office/Shop/Store location?

We operate mainly as online mall, however, we have our physical store located at Mofoluwasho Close, Igando – Lagos.

…but we deliver to everywhere in Nigeria inasmuch as there’s no security issues around the area. 

What about if a wrong item was delivered, what's the way out?

Please call 08025532514 or send us an email to schedule a retrieval of the item.

For the item to be returned, it must be in an ‘as new’ state with all the seals and tags intact.

We will work on retrieving this product and processing a refund or new order once this claim is validated, as long as it is within our 7 days returns policy
